Please note that not all services offered by our clinic are covered by OHIP. If you are requesting a non-OHIP covered service our staff will inform you prior to your appointment that you will be subjected to a charge.

 

Common non-OHIP services include:

·         Sick Notes

·         Pre-op physicals

·         Drivers physicals

·         Employment/Fitness Facility/Sports Team/Camp physicals

·         Completion of forms

·         TB testing for employment

·         Ear syringing

·         Pregnancy tests

·         Wart treatment (feet and genitals are OHIP covered)

·         Skin lesion removal for cosmetic purposes

·         Travel related medical appointments and immunizations

·         Transfer of medical records
